The room was spacious with nice decor, but cleanliness was an issue. Cobwebs on the lights and a dirty bathroom made it less inviting. The bed slanted at an awkward angle, and I felt the springs. Temperature control was inconsistent. The bathroom had peeling walls and a shower with moldy fixtures. Lighting was inadequate for grooming. While staff were friendly and helpful, the valet experience was concerning—an unreported incident with my car. The overall value was lacking compared to other places I’ve visited. A thorough cleaning and updates are needed for a more comfortable stay.

I liked it, have never been in a better hotel. Overall had fantastic stay on a vacation. Its location was great and pleasant, close to the river, and in a fairly nice area. Plus, Riverwalk was close by.
